• Mediating, instituting and/or opposing disputes pertaining to parental rights and responsibilities, guardianship and contact with minor children
• Obtaining and setting aside of domestic violence interdicts
• Drafting and registration of antenuptial contracts
• Drafting and endorsement of parenting plans
• Applications for a change of matrimonial property regime
• Surrogacy, including the protection of the interests and rights of both Commissioning Parents and Surrogate Mothers
