Bernadette is the firm’s collection manager and has been with Smit Jones & Pratt for the past 33 years.

Bernadette has over the years grown to know and understand the needs of our clients. She uses her expertise in the legal and debt collecting procedures to enhance the service offered to our clients. The methods employed by Bernadette enable our collections department to maximize contact with debtors and give knowledgeable guidance, without losing sight of the primary goal of providing a satisfactory return to our clients.

With our collections department boasting an excess of 35 staff, SJP has the ability to offer a vast array of comprehensive Debt Collection Services including SOFT, and Legal Debt Collection.
