Kim has been a Director since 2002. She manages the Litigation Department in conjunction with Craig and Tshikani.

With a masters in Commercial law, Kim has over 20 years of litigation experience, representing large domestic and international corporations. Kim has provided these institutions with everything from large-scale litigation solutions to specialized interpretations of newly introduced legislation. This places Kim as an expert litigator with an intimate knowledge of the National Credit Act. As a consistent performer in the field of Banking Law, Financing, and Asset Finance.

Kim has helped shape the law as we read it today. Pioneering National Credit Act Compliance, the Acceptance of Pro-Forma Contracts in commercial litigation matters and addressing “On the Road” costs in vehicle asset finance.
