Tshikani has been a Director since 2007. Having completed his articles at Smit Jones & Pratt, Tshikani showed such immense promise that he was offered Directorship within a year of being retained.

Tshikani has found himself practicing for large international and domestic financiers. Accompanied with this experience, Tshikani has done and continues to do matters involving vehicle insurance and the recovery of damages during insured events.

Tshikani appreciates the true nature of the law and as such he has partnered with Kim to address the National Consumer Tribunal on the meaning of “On the road Costs” and the influence that this will have on vehicle asset finance across South Africa.
